The entire Design process is all about making the home more functional by managing the spaces. My Interior Design is a continuation of my Architectural Design and it is free of charge. For separate Projects, a small fee applies.
Interior Design
STAGES
1. Feasibility
This initial phase of the project includes preliminary studies of the Site or Property. I will find out more about you and your design ambitions for the project along with your times frame and budget. I will work with you to build a detailed brief and identify your Design preferences.
2. Concept Design
Concept Design is the beginning of the creative process. I will develop architectural layouts for your Property as I begin to investigate finishes, design styles and influences. I will create renders and early 3D models describing the volumetric aspects of the design.
3. Developed Design
Throughout the Development stage I get into the detail of the scheme.
I refine the internal layouts and specify key finishes and materials for the floors, walls, furniture etc.
I define the lighting concepts in relation with the proposed interior solutions.
At the end of the stage, I produce 3D rendering pictures for your perception and conformation.
It is always better to have a look at the 3D layout of the interior design. 3D images are the closest representation of the final products.
You can view the furniture’s and interior decoration such as the wardrobe designs, wall paints, and decorative items etc. clearly in 3D images.
In other words, you can literally have a virtual tour of the interiors.
4. Technical Documentation
After the Design is signed off, I move onto the Technical Design stage where I prepare a coordinated, fully detailed, Technical Construction Pack for the Project.
5. Tender and Completion
As the Technical Documentation is completed, the Tender process begins.
I work with you to appoint the most suitable Contractor.
I will work with the Contractor to complete the Project.
